Simply throwing some soap, water, and wash mitt in a bucket and washing your car will work, however, this is not safe for your exterior surfaces. Depending on the level of contamination and dirt on your vehicle I will pre-treat your surfaces and then use a multiple plush microfiber towel system to wash your exterior surfaces.

Where is your shop located?
My home based shop is located in Walden, NY.
Is there a limit to the sized vehicle you can detail?
Yes, currently I am not able to detail X-Large vehicles. If you are unsure if your vehicle fits into the X-Large category, please give me a call and I will be more than happy evaluate your car size.
Can I wait with my car?
Unfortunately being I work out of my home garage, there is not a waiting room.
Do you offer pickup and return?
If you are located in the Greater Walden/Montgomery area, I may be able to return you to your house or work after dropping your car off, and then pick you up when your car is finished.
Do I have to schedule an appointment for a detailing service?
Yes, we are by appointment only. Every now and then, we'll be able to get you in the same day or next day. It just depends on the work already scheduled for that week.
We get asked a lot "How many days in advance do you need to schedule an appointment?
It really depends. Sometimes it may be two weeks or longer before our next appointment. Other times it can be the very next day. Just text, call or email me to see when our next available appointment is for the service you would like done.
What form of payment do you accept?
You can pay by cash, credit card, or touchless payment (Apple and Google Pay) whichever you prefer. We process all our credit cards and touchless payments using Square. We always have our touchless/chip reader with us.

That being said if you need to leave before the detail is completed and won't be returning, I require payment before leaving.
Do you charge Sales tax?
Yes, we are required to charge sales tax on the majority of our services. The only exception is our Full Interior Cleaning.
