Deionized Water 

During the wash process, I use deionized water to ensure a pristine finish on your vehicle's surface. Deionized water is purified to remove mineral ions, eliminating impurities that commonly cause water spots. When regular tap water with minerals such as calcium and magnesium evaporates on your car's surface, it leaves behind these minerals, resulting in unsightly water spots which can eventually stain and etch into the paint of your car. By utilizing deionized water in our detailing process, we not only enhance the effectiveness of our cleaning products but also minimize the risk of new water spots forming. This commitment to quality ensures that your car receives the best care, leaving it with a spotless and gleaming appearance that lasts longer.

Hand Wash

There are many environmental and human-made contaminants found on our roads that can be remedied with a simple hand wash. I conduct a contamination-free wash using multiple clean microfiber towels vs. dipping one microfiber towel/mitt into a bucket or even the two-bucket method with one cleaning microfiber. This allows for less use of water, and using fresh, clean towels guarantees less possibility of swirls and scratches. 

Paint Decontamination

Many may believe that hand washing and drying is as far as we can take our professional detailing efforts. However, I can go a step further, and in this case, bring in a clay and a chemical decontamination stage. Clay and chemical decontamination remove embedded contaminates and embedded iron particles that can still be left behind from a hand wash.

Drying and Next Steps in Protection

A final deionized rinse follows our exterior wash services, and then we move on to delicately drying all surfaces with a plush microfiber towel and blown air. Even if your automobile already has a paint protection package installed on it, we do NOT let your car drip dry to avoid any water stains or streaks. Remember we use deionized water, so if it is really hot and the sun does dry a panel or two there will be no water spots left from our wash process.  We complete your service by adding whatever paint protection you chose with the service package being completed
