Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if it's raining on the day of my appointment?
Unfortunately, this can happen. I try and wait until the day before the appointment to see what the weather is going to be. If it is going to rain, we can reschedule your appointment or you have the option to drop your vehicle off at my home shop as long as it is not an X-Large Vehicle.
Do you need anything to get the job done? Water or Power?
No, the main thing I need is access to your car and enough space to work. I am fully equipped with a water tank, generator, and everything else I need to complete your detail service.
Can you detail my car at my job?
For the most part, I can. It depends on the type of service you want and your location. Some businesses do not have enough room to work the car and other businesses may frown on your car being detailed in the parking lot. It is always best to check with the property manager/owner to make sure detailing services will not be a problem with your location before scheduling.
Do I have to be there the whole time?
Nope! You don't. That's what makes my mobile detailing services so great. You can go on about your day while your car is getting its spa treatment. You can be there when I arrive, leave, and then return before I finish, The primary thing I need is access to your car and the keys. So if there is someone who can give me the keys, or leave the keys somewhere for me to grab, I can go ahead and get started.
Do I have to schedule an appointment for a mobile detailing service?
Yes, we are by appointment only. Every now and then, we'll be able to get you in the same day or next day. It just depends on the work already scheduled for that week.
We get asked a lot "How many days in advance do you need to schedule an appointment?
It really depends. Sometimes it may be two weeks or longer before our next appointment. Other times it can be the very next day. Just text, call or email me to see when our next available appointment is for the service you would like done.
What form of payment do you accept?
You can pay by cash, credit card, or touchless payment (Apple and Google Pay) whichever you prefer. We process all our credit cards and touchless payments using Square. We always have our touchless/chip reader with us.

That being said if you need to leave before the detail is completed and won't be returning, I require payment before leaving.
Do you charge Sales tax?
Yes, we are required to charge sales tax on the majority of our services. The only exception is our Full Interior Cleaning.
